Roasted Tomato Feta Dip

I love hosting friends and family over our house and I love a good warm dip! This Roasted Tomato Feta Dip is quite low maintenance and perfect for when you have minimal planning time before guests arrive.

To make Roasted Tomato Feta Dip, you will need…

  • Olive oil spray

  • Block of feta cheese

  • Pint of cherry tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oregano and/or Italian seasonings

  • Lemon zest

  • Honey, optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking dish. Place the block of feta in the middle of the dish and fill in with the tomatoes. Generously season with salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian seasonings.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until tomatoes are roasted and beginning to burst.

Remove from oven and break up feta block and tomatoes with a fork. Mix until cheese and tomatoes reach a “dip-like” consistency.

Drizzle with honey if you choose. Serve with pita chips or costini.
