Greek Yogurt Dill Dip

This has quickly become my go-to vegetable dip as it’s healthier than anything store-bought. I’ve made it for parties and to snack on throughout the week. The majority of items are likely already in your pantry and it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up.

The original recipe comes from Rachel Cooks can be found here.

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup low fat mayo (I use the kind mixed with olive oil)

  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh dill (I prefer a little more)

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve right away with assorted veggies or store in refrigerator in air-tight container.
