Radish Dip

I am at a point in my life where I can confidently say that appetizers are my favorite food group, When we have company over, or going to a friends house (for the Super Bowl, maybe?), this quick radish dip is an easy one to whip together. This recipe is courtesy of an old coworker (whom I miss working with very much), Carly.

To make Radish Dip, you will need…

  • 1 cup shredded radishes

  • 8 ounce block Neuchâtel cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve cold. Be sure to prepare at least 2-4+ hours ahead. In a perfect world, I would make this the night before the event to give plenty of time for the flavors to marry. This dip is so flexible with serving- veggies, pretzels, potato chips, or tortilla chips- you can’t go wrong!
